Lauren O'Quinn is an award-winning actress, director, and teacher who majored in theatre at the University of Georgia before moving to Orlando. In the past 25 years, she has appeared in over 200 national and regional commercials, and numerous films, television shows, and plays. Recent credits include the upcoming Apple TV series Bad Monkey (opposite Vince Vaughn), Hallmark's USS Christmas, David Makes Man, Nashville (with Connie Britton), The Florida Project (with Willem Dafoe), House of Cards (with Robin Wright), Bloodline (with Sissy Spacek), national commercials for Panera Bread, Sonny's BBQ, Pep Boys, Allegiant Airlines, Tires Plus, and on-going television appearances as the host of ION Kitchen on ION Television and as a guest host on HSN. She has been teaching advanced Meisner-based acting classes since 2002 and is is a former talent agent, a freelance casting director, and a past member of the Executive Board of Film Florida. Her specialty is training actors in deep emotional access and the ability to live truthfully under imaginary circumstances while also giving them a realistic, step by step approach to the BUSINESS of acting.
